He has acted as both receiver/manager and counsel to creditors in receivership, winding up and bankruptcy proceedings.

As receiver/manager, Adeniyi has successfully managed the operations of the company, with the support of a professional management and technical team.

The firm has also been retained as counsel to AMCON in proceedings instituted to prevent any unlawful interference with the receivership.

Adeniyi also successfully represented AMCON in its efforts to recover a debt of approximately 4.3 billion naira from Shoreline Power Company Limited, two of its affiliated companies and two of its directors.
