Hon. Olemija Friday Stephen was born in 1961. He is an indigene of Ondo State. He is
a member of the Federal House of Representative representing Akoko North East/West Federal Constituency.

EDUCATION: He attended Victory College Ikare, Ondo State where he obtained his Senior School Certificate(SSCE) in 1980. He then proceeded to Ondo State University, (now Ado Ekiti, UNAD) where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1996.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Due to becoming a member of the House of Representative, he was a Teacher at Command Grammar School Ikaram from 1983 to 1987; Teacher at Command Secondary School, Rukuba Cantonment from 1990 to 1991; Teacher at Agolo High School Ikare, Ondo from 1992 to 2003.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for the Federal House of representative under the Platform of the All Progressive Congress(APC) and Won to represent Akoko North East/West Federal Constituency.
