the points of the next highest prize money level except
$35,000+H, $125,000+H Challengers and 15,000+H Futures.
How rankings are calculated:
Points are taken as follows when a player is eligible
to play the main draw:
Grand Slams – All 4
Masters 1000 – All 8 (*see note about Monte Carlo)
ATP 500 – Best 4 (one must be after the US Open)
ATP 250 – Best 2 (including challengers/futures)
Barclays ATP World Tour Finals are additional
Davis Cup points are additional

*Top 30 players (based on previous year’s year-end ranking)
must play a minimum of 4 ATP 500’s during the calendar year,
including at least one event following the US Open
(Monte Carlo Masters 1000 event will count towards the
minimum of four and all penalties apply)
