Hon. Ajiafe Olowookere is an indigene of Ondo State. He is a member of the Federal House of Representative representing Akure North/South Federal Constituency.

EDUCATION: He attended Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1979. He then had his University Education at the University of Ife in 1987 and Obafemi Awolowo University in 1995.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: Prior to becoming a member of the Federal House of Representative, he was the Supervisory Councilor For Health, Social Service And Women Affairs, Akure Local Government from 1991 to 1993. He was Deputy Majority Leader of the Ondo House of Assembly from 2001 to 2003, Chairman Appropriation Committee- from 2001 to 2003 and Chairman Tenders Committee from 2001 to 2003.
