Apostle Emmanuel Kure is the National Secretary and  member of National Advisory Board of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN); African Ambassador/Covening Apostle of Global Spheres International Apostolic Network, led by Apostle Chuck Pierce and Dr. Peter C. Wagner in the US; National Advisor, Women Aglow International, Nigeria; Board Member, Redeemers University, Lagos, Nigeria; Member, Arewa Elders Forum; and Board Member, Nigerian Coalition of Apostles, Nigerian Chapter of the International Coalition of Apostles (ICA).

The Throneroom is a prayer and missions ministry with prayer towers (branches) and Churches within and outside Nigeria, including the United States of America. The Ministry is involved in hospital community health projects, youth training, scholarship and empowerment and widows’ cooperatives.  It has a craft centre, a rehabilitation centre for the persecuted, an orphanage and a bible school – the International School of Prophecy and Biblical Studies (ISPBS).
