Biography Of Bassey Albert

Biography Intro: Bassey Albert is a Nigerianpolitician who has been a member of the 8th Senate of Nigeria since June 2015. Previously, he was Commissioner of Finance in Akwa Ibom State from 2007 to 2014. He was first elected to the Senate in March 2015, representing Akwa Ibom North-East Senatorial district. He is a member of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP).

OCCUPATION: Politician & philanthropist.

EDUCATION: He attended St Patrick’s College, Calabar, from where he then proceeded to the University of Uyo where he obtained a BSc in Economics (Second Class Upper Division). In further pursuit of academic excellence, he obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
