EDUCATION: He began his tertiary education at the Sokoto State Polytechnic, Sokoto (1981 to 1983), after which he moved on to Kaduna Polytechnic (1984 to 1986) for his HND. After completing his Higher National Diploma in Marketing, he went for the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Bauchi State in 1986/1987.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: He then obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University, in 1989 and 2002 respectively. He is a graduate of Diploma in Purchasing and Supply. He came on board of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2005, as the Assistant Director, (Procurement and Stores), and rose to the position of Director of Procurement Services in 2014 to 2017 and he was mandated to take over the activities of the newly created Department of Establishment and Training as the Director due his hard work, experience and exemplary style in leadership.
