Biography Intro: BENJAMIN IOREMBER WAYO born 1966, is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency of Benue State of Nigeria under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

EDUCATION: He attended Government Secondary School Gboko, and obtained O Level Certificate in 1984. In 1990, he got his Diploma In Law from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He went ahead to obtain his first degree in law from the same Ahmadu Bello University. Thereafter, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was eventually called to the bar.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: Between the years 1995 and 1997, Benjamin Iorember Wayo was a magistrate in the Benue State Judiciary. Between 1998 and 2014, he was a company secretary and a Director of Administration.

In the year 2015, Iorember was elected into the Federal House of Representatives where he represents Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency of Benue State of Nigeria under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC). As a legislator, his legislative interest border on frame work for agriculture expansion, promotion of rule of law and administrative of justice, improved health care development and power supply. He targets to to facilitate the enactment of four laws in the areas of agriculture expansion, promotion of rule of law and improved health care development and power sector.
