Biography Of Muntari Dandutse

Muntari Mohammed Dandutse  is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Funtua/Dandume Federal Constituency of Katsina State under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

DATE OF BIRTH: 1966

EDUCATION: He attended Government Secondary School Maalumfashi where he sat for General Certificate of Education (GCE) in 1984. He studied History at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and obtained Bachelors of Arts Degree in 1994. He further obtained Masters in International Studies and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in the year 2005.

OCCUPATON: Muntari Mohammed Dandutse served for 9 years as Local Government Chairman and Caretaker of a  local government. He held the following other strategic positions at different times:

ACHIEVEMENT: President of Glob Nigeria from 2013 to 2015;

Special Assistant to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on budget from 2000 to 2001;

Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors Forum from 2000 to 2001;

Executive Director, Souete Bank (Nig) Lltd, from 1990 -2000.

In the year 2015, Muntari Mohammed Dandutse was elected as a member of Federal House of Representatives, where he represents the Funtua/Dandume Federal Constituency of Katsina State under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC). At the Federal House, he belongs to the Committees on Federal Capital Territory and Judiciary. His legislative interests include to enact law that will enhance the development of Nigeria. He targets to achieve meaningful progress in legislative affairs.
