EDUCATION: He started schooling at St. Augustine’s Catholic School, Imeko in 1948 and obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1953. He also attended St. Anne’s and St. Leo’s Practi sing School Ibara, Abeokuta to complete his primary education. In 1956 he went to the Egba Divisional Teacher Training College and he obtained his Grade III Teachers Certificate in 1957.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: He came to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1967 — 1968 for the Legal Practitioner’s Diploma. Hon. Akinboro has worked as a teacher, an insurance officer, and even a labourer before becoming a legal practitioner for eleven years. He has visited Britain, Israel, Western Ger many, France, the Soviet Union, Japan, Hong Kong, Republic of China, Italy, Spain, Sierra Leone, Senegal and the Ivory Coast.

His hobbies are reading, writing, walking and gardening.

HONORS AND AWARDS: He won a seat in the House of Representatives on the platform of Unity Party of Nigeria, for Okeona, Owu, Gbagura Constituency of Ogun State.
