Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim He is an indigene of Kwara State.
He is a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing Kwara South senatorial District.

EDUCATION: He attended Ojoku Grammar School where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1985. He proceeded to the Kwara State Polytechnic where he graduated in 1987. In the year 2000, he attended University of Ado-Ikiti where he got his Masters in Business Administration. In 2005, he attended the Lagos business school got an FCIB (fellows chartered inst. Of banking.) He thereafter went to Leedcity University, Ibadan where he bagged a doctorate degree in Business Administration in 2009.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Prior to becoming a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ibrafumus Limited from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he was a Member of the kwara State House of Assembly.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for a seat in the Kwara South senatorial District under the Platform of the All Progressives Congress.(APC) and Won.

PUBLICATIONS: It is worthy to note that he has as his Legislative Interest, Economy, Finance, Appropriation and Planning.
