Samson Sani Ameh, (SAN), is a Barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

EDUCATION: He studied law at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and graduated with 2nd Class Upper Division in the year
1967. Sani Ameh later traveled oversea where he did both his Masters and Doctorate in Law at Yale, United States of America.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: Sani Ameh became a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria between 1971 and 1978. He also lectured at the University of Jos between 1979 and 1980. Eventually, Sani Ameh engaged in private practice, which he did excellently. Consequent upon his advocacy skills, he was elevated to the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 1992. Thereafter, he became a member of the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee between 1999 and 2003.

PUBLICATIONS: Dr., Sani Ameh served as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Kogi State of Nigeria. Considering his contribution to the National development, the Federal Government of Nigeria bestowed on him a national honor of the Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR).
