Biography Of Sani Daura

Alhaji Sani Zangon Daura was Nigerian Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and later Minister of Environment in the cabinet of President Olusegun Obasanjo. He was dropped from Obasanjo’s cabinet in a reshuffle on 30 January 2001

NAME: Sani Nasiru Zangon Daura (born 1967), is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Baure/Zango Federal Constituency of Katsina state under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

EDUCATION He attended the following educational institutions: Capital School Kaduna; Barewa College Zaria; Cambridge Centre For Six Form Studies, United Kingdom and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: In the year 2015, Sani Nasiru Zangon Daura was elected into the Federal House of Representatives to represent the Baure/Zango Federal Constituency of Katsina state under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC). His legislative interests revolve around education, agriculture, poverty alleviation etc. He targets to present bills that will impact positively on the lives and well being of his constituents.
