Biography Intro: Ademola Adeleke is a Nigerian politician and Senator representing Osun-west senatorial district of Osun State, Nigeria since 2017. He is from the Adeleke family of Ede in Osun State. He was the gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the Osun 2018 gubernatorial elections.

Parents: Senator Raji Ayoola Adeleke – (a Muslim father, the Balogun of Ede land in Osun State) and Nnenna Esther Adeleke – (an Igbo Christian mother).

Personal Life: Ademola Adeleke is father to two Nigerian musicians by name B-Red, Sina Rambo and an Uncle to popular Nigerian singer Davido.

Education: Senator Adeleke commenced his primary education at Methodist Primary School, Surulere Lagos then relocated to Old Oyo State and attended Nawarudeen Primary School, Ikire. He progressed to The Seventh Day Adventist Secondary School, Ede also in the then Old Oyo State and later moved to Muslim Grammar School Ede. However, he did not finish his education at Muslim Grammar School as he later left Nigeria to study abroad with his two other brothers on a scholarship. He started higher studies at Jacksonville State University Alabama, USA, where he was majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Political Science.

Ademola Adeleke is a business man and administrator, he was the Group Executive Director at his brother’s company, Pacific Holdings Limited from 2001-2016. Prior to joining Pacific Holdings Limited, Ademola had worked with Quicksilver Courier Company in Atlanta, Georgia, USA as a Service Contractor in 1985-1989. He progressed to Origin International LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, USA a flavours and fragrance manufacturing company as Vice President from 1990-1994.
