Hon. Tasir Olawale Raji is a member of the Federal House of Representative representing Epe Federal Constituency.

EDUCATION: He had his Secondary Education at Briston Secondary School, Gboko where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1968. He proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) where he bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. In went further in 1978 to get a Masters Certificate from the City University London in Engineering.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: Prior to becoming a member of the House of Representatives, he was Branch Manager (National Bank Of Nigeria Ltd) from 1985 to 1992, Assistant Director/ Head Of Component (Lagos State Agric Development Project) from 1993 to 1995, General Manager/CEO(Lagos State Agric Inputs Supply Authority) from 1995 to 1999, Director Of Cooperative Services (Lagos State Ministry Of Agric & Cooperation) from 2003 to 2005, Permanent Secretary (Local Government Administration Lagos State) from 2003 to 2008, Permanent Secretary (Ministry Of Agric & Cooperation And Commerce & Industry) from 2005 to 2008, Permanent Secretary (Ministry Of Agric & Cooperation And Commerce & Industry) from 2008 to 2014.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for the Federal House of representatives under the Platform of the All Progressives Congress(APC) and Won to represent Epe Federal Constituency.

ACHIEVEMENTS: It is worthy to note that he has as his Legislative Interest Legislation for the Development of the Agric Sector Of the Economy, Development of Industry And Promotion Of Commerce with Focus on the Development of SME, International Relations. In other to achieve this, he targets the Attainment of Self sufficiency in the Food Production/ Food Security, Promotion of Non-oil Export, Development of the Industrial Sector to create employment and boost Non-oil Export.
