Biography Intro: Toby Okechukwu is a member of the Federal House of Representatives of the National Assembly (2011-2015) who represents the people Aninri / Awgu / Oji River Federal constituency of Enugu State on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

EDUCATION: He attended Community Primary School, Ngene-Ugbo, Enugu State, where he graduated in 1976, he proceeded to St. Vincent High School, Agbogugu, Enugu State (1976-1981). He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and literature at the University of Calabar (1982-1986). He obtained PGA and an MBA from the then Anambra State University of Technology (1988-1991). He got Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos (1994 -2000) and the Faculty of Law BL from the Nigerian Law School in (2001).
