- Log on to the Motor Vehicle Registration Search website, lsmvaapvs.org.
- Enter your vehicle plate number in the search box. Plate numbers should be typed without spaces or other symbols apart from the numbers and alphabets e.g. YM345DB (they’re also not case sensitive- so you may equally type ym345db).
- Click the search button. If the plate number entered is valid, the vehicle’s registration details (owner’s name, colour, model, chassis number, issue date, e.t.c.) will be displayed as the search result. If it’s not, you’ll get the response, “plate number is invalid!.”
