Go to your apn settings and follow the steps below:

APN Name: MrJef.com
APN: dac.ng
Proxy: 10.71.170.5
Port: 8080

Now save it and set as default.

-Download ultrasurf latest version here.

-Install and open the application.

-Click at your top right with triple dots.

Read aslo: 9mobile data plans.

-Click on “Proxy”

-Next, you will need to select “HTTP Proxy: must support HTTPS (CONNECT)”

– Now set the following as follows:

Proxy Address: 10.71.170.5
Proxy Port: 8080
Username:
Password:

If the above settings are unstable for you, then use (No Proxy), you will get a positive results.

-Next go back and hit the CONNECT button

-Wait for some time or seconds and you will see what i call speed. It is really fast.
