One Response to "Wukari L.G.A Polling Units/Wards"

  1. Tersoo   April 25, 2019 at 11:09 pm

Good evening sir, its obvious that d tiv people under Taraba have been marginalised , frankly speaking d crisis affects all d tiv living in kente, sontyo, namtaav, vaase ( B), igbongom, kum, shausu, wanna, gborucha, ijande kyula and kyayoo. Those villages have aproximate population of over 10, 000 people, d above mentioned villages doesn’t even have personal polling units exception of ikyayoo the rest lived under sondi and kente respectively. It could be recalled that during Governorship recent concluded election the same affected villages protested not to have partaken in that election due to unfair treatment they have been experienced over many decades untill d stake government under PDP platform intervened and pleaded with them.
Sir, lets retrospects i was a victim of crisis 1991- 2001 to date sequentialy, all d affected words of kente and sondi were distribited with relieve materials albeilt they were still in their homes they benefited from d materials of which the tiv displaced persons IDP couldn’t benefited from anything, no peny or food items was given to the tiv people, Despite d whole world was awere that the majority of victims of d crisis were the tiv people livivg under wukari LG.
Sir, its obvious that apart from kente village its self, and chonko No any other village belonging to d Jukun was interupted or burnt even inside wukari d most burnt houses are Tiv residence.
Although I’m not really being curious about d relieve materials because we had never being part of it before, we don’t even need it.
My emphasy on this matter is that d only way for a lasting solution to d crisis between tiv and jukun in general in wuk. LG is that the federal GOVT. should take a mini census on d tiv people under Taraba particularly wukari LG, so as to profer a lasting solution let d tiv in Taraba be immancipated from Jukun because from d indication a Jukun man can not live in peace and harmony with a tiv man this matter above states Governments it needs fed. Govt intervention, except they want us to continue dieying because we don’t have representative in national assembly- Tersoo Adinge from wukari LG.
